What will I eat during this cleanse?
Unlike other cleanses, this gentle, yet powerful cleanse has three nonfat meals a day so you won't be left hungry or headachy. You'll eat three delicious, nutrient full meals each day.
You can choose from:
Polydiet- kitchari**, seasonal steamed vegetables, oatmeal, salad, fruit and, protein***
Duodiet- kitchari and seasonal steamed vegetables
Monodiet- kitchari only!
The kitchari, herbs and ghee**** are provided for you in your cleanse kit. All you'll have to do is add water to the lentil/rice mix, as much of the spice packet as you like, and cook!!
During the four days of the cleanse, you'll be able to schedule***** your lymphatic drainage massage. This massage uses light pressure and long, gentle, rhythmic strokes to increase the flow of lymph, improve digestion and reduce toxins in your body by removing waste products through your lymph nodes. Proper functioning of your lymphatic system increases your body's ability
to drain fluids, detoxify, regenerate tissues, filter out toxins and foreign substances,

Whether you follow the Poly, Duo or Mono Diet, you will begin each day with ghee, followed by herbs, then breakfast, lunch and dinner with NO SNACKS between meals.

During the four days of your cleanse, schedule your lymphatic drainage massage for optimal effectiveness of your cleanse. If you are not able to schedule your massage during the cleanse, your lymphatic system will still benefit from receiving this massage as soon as you are ready.
