Mar 30th - Apr 2nd- The Fall Group Cleanse!! During the four days of the cleanse while you enjoy this gentle, yet powerful liver detox and receive your lymphatic drainage massage, you can also join a facebook group discussion, and/or have unlimited email access to Trish (trish@ionutrition.net).

                                                                                          

What will I eat during this cleanse?

Unlike other cleanses, this gentle, yet powerful cleanse has three nonfat meals a day so you won't be left hungry or headachy. You'll eat three delicious, nutrient full meals each day.

 

You can choose from:

Polydiet- kitchari**, seasonal steamed vegetables, oatmeal, salad, fruit and, protein***  

Duodiet- kitchari and seasonal steamed vegetables

Monodiet- kitchari only!

The kitchari, herbs and ghee**** are provided for you in your cleanse kit. All you'll have to do is add water to the lentil/rice mix, as much of the spice packet as you like, and cook!! 

During the four days of the cleanse, you'll be able to schedule***** your lymphatic drainage massage. This massage uses light pressure and long, gentle, rhythmic strokes to increase the flow of lymph, improve digestion and reduce toxins in your body by removing waste products through your lymph nodes. Proper functioning of your lymphatic system increases your body's ability

to drain fluids, detoxify, regenerate tissues, filter out toxins and foreign substances,

and maintain a healthy immune system.

 

 

This combination of massage and diet are what make this cleanse an unprecedented opportunity for you to get a TOTAL BODY DETOXIFICATION!

The Cleanse: 

Whether you follow the Poly, Duo or Mono Diet, you will begin each day with ghee, followed by herbs, then breakfast, lunch and dinner with NO SNACKS between meals. 

~~Start each day with melted ghee~~ 

Day One- 2 tsp of ghee, Day Two- 4 tsp of ghee, Day Three- 6 tsp of ghee, Day Four- 8 tsp of ghee.

~~Wait 1/2 hour before taking your digestive herbs~~

~~Digestive Herbs~~

Take 1 capsule of (Warm, Cool or Gentle) Digest before each meal with 12oz of room or warm water.

Take 2 capsules of Manjistha and Turmeric Plus after lunch and dinner only (not breakfast).

(If you eat only two meals/day, take after second meal only.)

~~Three NONFAT meals with NO SNACKING~~

Eat a light breakfast, a BIG lunch and a light and as early as possible dinner following the diet

of choice (Poly, Duo, or Mono).

~~Rehydration Therapy~~

Proper hydration is always important but even more so when cleansing. Drink hot sips and half of your healthiest body weight in ounces throughout the day.

During the four days of your cleanse, schedule your lymphatic drainage massage for optimal effectiveness of your cleanse. If you are not able to schedule your massage during the cleanse, your lymphatic system will still benefit from receiving this massage as soon as you are ready.

All foods with fat: oil, butter, avocado, nuts, seeds, dairy, fatty meats and fish

All bread, flatbread, crackers, or any baked goods that will slow down your metabolism

Any heavy foods such as pizza, yogurt, cheese

Any sprouts and curds including pickles, vinegar, and alcohol

All soy, such as tofu, miso, tempeh, edamame

All raw or uncooked vegetables

All cold drinks and caffeine

Any white sugar, honey, recreational drugs
